How does an online course work?
We help you through the entire course process and are ready if you have any questions.
HERE'S HOW YOU DO IT
1. Buy your online course on the webshop.
2. On the same day, you will receive an e-mail with the course video, which you must download and save on your computer.
3. 1-3 working days later you will receive a package with your course material and the written theory material.
4. The video follows you step-by-step through the treatment you have to learn and how to get your diploma.
5. Throughout the course, we are available if you have any questions about a treatment or a product.
6. You send your submissions to us, get feedback and they are approved by an experienced practitioner.
7. Your diploma will be sent to you free of charge in a nice frame (this is always included in the price).

Delivery & pick-up
Orders over DKK 599 and get free shipping throughout Denmark. We offer shipping with DAO or GLS to the parcel shop. There is tracking on all orders, so you know exactly where your package is. Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days.
We also ship to Sweden via DAO and DHL.
If you have not received your package within a reasonable time, please contact us. We are happy to assist in the investigation of your missing package so that we can find a solution as soon as possible.
It is possible to pick up products free of charge in Espergærde (approx. 8 min. walk from Espergærde Station). Contact us via e-mail, Instagram or SMS to reserve your products and arrange a collection time.
You can use the discount code "PICKUP" to save on shipping.
LYXOshop accepts payment by payment card, MobilePay, and ViaBill.
With ViaBill, you can divide your payments into smaller parts over several months.
Right of withdrawal, return and complaint
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

If a refund has been agreed, the amount will be sent back in the same way it was used to buy the product.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Return costs are your own responsibility.
Cancellations must be notified to us no later than 30 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 30 days after the cancellation.
The notice must be given by mail at email@example.com. In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Remember to add your full name and order #.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.

We only collect personal data in cases where this would be relevant for us, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant for your activity at LYXO Denmark.
When collecting, processing and using your personal data, we always comply with all relevant legal provisions.
We will only keep your personal data for as long as we are either under a legal obligation to do so, or as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which it was collected.
Information we collect
We can obtain information such as name, email address, postal address, delivery address (if different from postal address), telephone number and payment details.

Treatment basis and purpose
We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service that you have purchased from us. We collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.
When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, card data and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfillment of the concluded agreement. When making payments, some of your data will be passed on to PensoPay, Shopify, including information necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.
If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.
Your information (except your e-mail address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 2 years after you have received your item or service.
Other recipients of personal data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
We have our website at Shopify.com and payment system through PensoPay and Shopify, which acts as our data processor. All personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in Shopify.com's data centers.
We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in certain cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.
We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.
As the registered person, you have a number of rights, which we must ensure fulfillment of at all times. You have the right to request the following from us:
• To access and correct/change your personal data
• To have personal data deleted
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
